Gilberto Palma is a fully qualified personal trainer and nutrition consultant. University of Sussex in Brighton, he is a former professional footballer and experienced personal trainer.

An experienced, fully qualified personal trainer will design a fitness and nutrition programme to meet your goals. You will work on all major muscle groups including: back, abs, bums and tums.
