Persimmon/Asian Pears Smoothie

Recipe:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 Asian pear (200g)
  • 1 persimmon (200g)
  • 1 small mandarine
  • 180ml nut milk your choice
  • ½ tsp of cinnamon powder
  • ½ tsp of turmeric
  • ½ tsp of vanilla seeds
  • ½ tsp of clove powder
Parsnip / Lime / Coconut Soup

Recipe:

  • 500g parsnips
  • 400ml coconut milk
  • 250g potato
  • 120g white onion
  • 2 lime zest/juice
  • cayenne pepper
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • ½ tbsp. of paprika powder
  • 7g fresh ginger
  • 1200ml water with veg stock
  • 2 lime leafs
  • olive oil for cooking or coconut butter for cooking
  • 15g fresh coriander
  • salt & pepper
Kohlrabi / White Radish Remoulade

  • 500g kohlrabi
  • 250g white radish
  • 140g carrots
  • 15g goji berries
  • 20g spring onion
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 3 tbsp vegan mayo
  • 1 tbsp date syrup
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika powder
  • 2 g fresh tarragon

Pan Fried Saturn Peaches

  • 300g soft Saturn peaches
  • 9 whole cardamom seeds
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 1/2 tbsp of cinnamon powder
  • 2 spoon of coconut oil for cooking
  • 5g of fresh lemon thyme
  • 1/2 lemon, just zest
  • 1 large spoon of dark agave syrup
  • 1/2 large spoon of pressed coconut butter
