Diamante Program

This is a monthly program for people who have tried everything in the past, but never managed to keep the weight off for the long term and get the shape they want. The programme is on a 1:1 basis, with full hand holding and accountability along the way.

The program consists of:

  • 5 x 1 hour 1:1 Personal Training sessions per week
  • Weekly nutrition email (including homework)
  • Weekly progress tracking
  • Exercise plan for in between sessions
  • Recipes
  • Shopping list

Gold Program

This is a monthly program for people who have limited time to training but want to see results and want to change their lives round once and for all, lose a considerable amount of weight, inches, and body fat, and obviously adopt new healthy habits to keep the weight off for the future.

The program consists of:

  • 3 x 1 hour 1:1 Personal Training sessions per week
  • Weekly nutriton email (including homework)
  • Weekly progress tracking
  • Exercise plan for in between sessions

Silver Program

The Silver Programme is for people who have achieved great results following the Diamond or Diamante Program or even the Gold Program, and want help maintaining those results while working on a 1:1 personal training
